I wanted to get a head start on sourcing barrels for the cfg-20 once i get my machine. Could you just give a quick list of barrels needed and what type? ex. 55 gallon open top 30 gallon closed top etc.. thanks!
You will need a 30, 16 and a 20 gallon drum. The 30 you dont need a lid but the 16 and the 20 you do. The 16 gallon is your fire tube and you want to close that off. This forces the pyrolysis gases down into the cumbustion zone and burned. The 20 gallon is the catch bin and you need a lid to cover the barrel once its full of charcoal. You may want to get a ATV lift as well. We send it with extended legs so that you can lift the catch bin up to the burn chamber and then lower it to place the lid on
Do you have any videos showing how to setup the CFK-20 Charcoal Kiln? Also looking for a how-to on how to best run and feed the new style kiln. Thanks!
As far as running it; its the same concept as the old version. The new version just has a larger catch bin and eliminates that enclosure that was too expensive and time consuming to manufacture. Plus it didnt work all that great :)

Not at this time. Everyone we build is spoken for and we dont have time or material to offer them separate at this time.
