What kind of maintenance do these gasifiers require? Do you need to clean out the ash after every use or x number of uses? What other things are needed? Is there any sort of manual pdf available detailing use and maintenance?

Charcoal systems yield very little ash, if you ran four to 6 hours a day you would only need to check once a week and this takes litterally seconds to clean out. The Fusion filter module uses a very fine woven stainless steel filter mesh bag filter. It is self cleaning as it forms what is called a cake. The particles its actually filtering become the filter itself. As this cake forms and the filter restricts it expands and flakes off the cake and retracts again. This is the coarse filter how often you would need to empty this is dependent on how well you screen dust out of your fuel. Keep the dust out and it can last a year before you would need to empty this filter. A simple toilet brush and a shop vac is all that is needed to clean this filter. The final filter now a simple ammo box that uses saw dust. Again this will last many weeks and its easy to dump out and put new dust in it and if you are processing wood then you will have plenty of sawdust for this filter. Other that there is no other maintenance. Engine maintenance is no different than any other fuel. Change the oil.
