Ok here is a quick comparison of the 2012 Evolution Series 2 gasifier. This gasifier would eventually evolve and would be what would become the Utility Gasifier. Depending on year it was the ES-2, M-2 or M-4 gasifier. Originally the Evolution Series 2 was our higher end gasifier system. It was the platform we put all development into. It had modular design, air preheat systems. conical hearth architecture, monolater hoppers, heavily insulated reduction core housings, cross draft grate systems and eventually the start of automation systems. I would eventually be merged with the M-Series taking what each version did well and smashing them together keeping modular design construction and the advancements that worked, while simplifying machine architecture. Eventually becoming what would become the M-Series Utility Gasifier. However the Evolution Branding would be used for full integrated turnkey systems that would feature our own built generators and eventually our complete automation package. The Evolution Series 2 fully integrated system would get this version of the M-Series 2 Utility gasifier. At that time we only offered three versions. the 10 inch, 12 inch and a 14 inch diameter reactor core.
Here are some other pics of this gasifier as it evolved over the years.
This machine bellow is the M-Series before merging it with the ES-2
This is the first result and all versions that follow are how it evolved from here. You may also note we moved a few times.
Not to worry folks, we did not go through all this development to simply throw it away. Oh no, the advanced automation will get merged with our new line of generators. This is to keep the gasifiers simple and to standardize them. The automation will be apart of the generators and these advanced generators will plug and play with with the M-2, M-3 and the new M-4 Alpha. The 2022 models are solid designs and are very stable machines. It will be very easy for our controls to automate them as it was far more of a challenge to ,keep a direct fuel gasifier running from automation. It will be a breeze to run these new machines.
Here are the M-2 Mule and M-3 Utility in RTR format. These units are not done they just have received their Fusion modules. There 4 more I am building Fusions for and then they all enter into final assembly and will be ready to ship soon!!
