Ok all, I am going to be making some slight changes the entire product line while adding a much larger gasifier. This will be the M-1 Alpha and it is going to be huge!!
I am now going to offer all versions in a standard plug - in module configuration. This will include the current Utility. So it will get its internal filter and blower revision removed. Now to make them turnkey I am going to design a bolt on filter and blower system that will bolt to the back units. This is with exception of the smallest M-1 as adding more weight defeats the purpose of that units design criteria and we already have a good foundation with add ons to make it RTR.
Making this change will allow me to offer the core foundations of each version at lower cost, while giving you the option to order them as RTR versions. Some may build there own filters, blower systems, hose and mixer systems etc. We are also going to show you how right here on the forum.
Ok so now will be rebranding each unit so that we can cram the Alpha into this product line and label the machines more appropriately.
The Current M-1 Standard, will now become the M-1 RG (Recreational Gasifier)
The design criteria for this small gasifier is for camping. It is practical for running a small generator at a camp site for battery charging or direct power. .
The Current M-1 Max will now become the M-1 Standard. This will be our entry level gasifier for off grid battery charging and or emergency power gasifier plant. It will come standard with wheels as it does now along with the option to make it an RTR by adding the filter / back pack, hose connection system, engine adaptor and the mixer valve assembly.
The Current M-1 Utility will become the M-1 Max and it will have some considerable changes. The on board filter and start up blower will be omitted and this will add considerable fuel capacity nearly double what it has now. This will drastically lower cost in its standard plug in module format. Now you have a lower cost option to add three of this larger version to the Fusion, add your own support system or opt order as an RTR with the Filter / Blower back pack.
Ok now for the Alpha, this thing is going to be huge. It will be twin inches wider than the Ute and two inches deeper while standing a foot taller. This machine will have the agility to run much larger engines, it will be set up with a jet port that can accept a larger range of jet nozzles. So you can still run small generators or run larger sizes. The will be a special filter module for pick up truck installations that will allow you to team two M-1 Alphas and share a single central filter system. It will also come with the wheel kit standard. You can then network this with the Fusion, get it in the RTR version with the back pack for stand alone operation.
These changes are in effect now, so inquire to learn more about pricing and will be updating the site as soon as I have the CAD models available for display.
Wow a nether nice piece of work. I'm a retired pipefitter welder from the nuclear weapons plant called Rocky Flats. And I enjoy seeing craftsman at work.
Here is the new M-1 Alpha coming soon!! Also for comparison here is the complete M-1 Series side by side.
Note these CAD models are the machines! They are the Masters! What we create in real life are direct copies as these models are what create and drive the CNC G-Code. Just like when you print a document you create it a program like Microsoft word and then print it This is same basic concept, so these are not just representations they are the actual machines just in model space :)
